I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for a long time.
Over the course of the last 15 years, my health problems on this matter began to occur more regularly, last longer and became more severe. It was having such a difficult impact on the quality of my life and the everyday life of my family. Every 2 years, I had to increase the dosage of antidepressants or even change the previous one to a new, stronger one, with more complicated side- effects.
