What to expect from your first homeopathic consultation?

At a homeopathic consultation you will be asked many questions about yourself as well as your illness and your general health. During a consultation we will discuss your complaint thoroughly along with personal and family health history. We may explore other areas of your life, past and present if it’s relevant. The initial appointment may last up to 90 minutes, with follow up appointments between 30 and 60 minutes. Appointments are usually scheduled 4-6 weeks apart. After a consultation you will be given or sent a homeopathic remedy based on your individual symptom picture.

Introductory Appointment

Duration: 15 min
Free

I know how important it is to find a right person to work with and feel comfortable during your treatment, that’s why I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation so you can find out more and ask questions.

Acute Appointment

Duration: 20 min
£ 45

For acute conditions such as colds, coughs, sore throats, seasonal respiratory infections, and minor traumas, I can offer a short one-off consultation of around 20 minutes. At the end of your consultation, you will receive a clear treatment plan, and remedies will be delivered to your address.

New Patient Individual Consultation

Duration: 60 - 90 min
£ 130 (children under 16 and seniors over 65 - £75)

The first consultation will last up to 90 minutes. A patient questionnaire will be sent to you before the first appointment. During a consultation, we will discuss your complaint and your personal and family health history. We will also explore other areas of your life if this is relevant to the case. You will get a treatment plan at the end of your session, and the prescribed remedies will be delivered to your address. I provide free of charge email support between consultations if you have a question or concern regarding your treatment. A follow-up consultation booked within 4- 6 weeks is included in the price.

Follow Up Consultation

Duration: 40 min
£ 75

A follow-up appointment is scheduled 6 weeks after the initial appointment and allows to track the progress of the case and correct the treatment plan if necessary.

Mental Health Treatment Package (Anxiety, Insomnia, Depression)

Duration: 3 - 6 months

If you suffer from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, or sleep problems you can choose an individual Metal Health treatment package. The minimum duration of the treatment is 3 months and includes 3 expert consultations, weekly telephone or email support, all remedies included in the treatment plan, and rehabilitation advice at the end of your treatment.

Allergy Treatment Package (Hay Fever, Asthma, Eczema)

Duration: 3 - 6 months

If allergies are making your life miserable, try an individual Allergy Treatment plan. The minimum duration of the treatment is 3 months and includes 3 expert consultations, weekly telephone or email support, all remedies included in the treatment plan, and rehabilitation advice at the end of your treatment.

Chronic Condition Treatment Package

Duration: 6 - 12 months
£ 500

Suppose you have a long-standing chronic condition, which is not easily treatable with conventional medications, and you want to address it with homeopathy. In that case, an Individual Chronic Condition Treatment Package is for you. The treatment will be focused on your main complaint and the duration of the treatment is from 6 to 12 months. The package includes 6 expert consultations, weekly telephone, and email support, all remedies included in the treatment plan, and individualised rehabilitation advice at the end of your treatment. Acute illness consultations during the duration of your treatment are FREE.

Support between appointments

We encourage our patients to share their progress, by phone or by email between appointments. In acute cases we may talk more frequently. In chronic cases we may ask you to fill a special diary to register healing progress. We aim to provide free support and repeat prescriptions if necessary.

Confidentiality

As was mentioned, a homeopathic consultation is a deep exploration of many aspects of your life, because all these factors may affect your health. Many people talk about things they have never spoken of before, and it often help to have someone to talk to outside your usual circle of friends and family. I can reassure you that all of this is confidential. Your consultation is subject to the UK Data Protection Act 1989.

Missed appointments

We do understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel an appointment. Please give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid a £50 cancellation fee.
